Should the need arise, it’s nice to have a patio umbrella mosquito net. The net simply drapes over the top of the umbrella keeping bugs away from you.

You can get an outdoor fan mounted on a pole. Many of these outdoor fans are quite decorative. The fan blades are often shaped like large tropical leaves. The outdoor fan can keep you a little cooler on hot summer days.
Planters and Vases
A large planter on your patio filled with flowers can make the patio seem a lot more inviting. Purple fountain grass with yellow and orange flowers planted near the base look great. Vases placed on the patio table should bring out the umbrella canopy. Try choosing flowers for the vase that go with the overall décor.

It can be nice to sit outside on the patio and watch television. What you may not realize is that you can get flat panel waterproof televisions for the patio.

Having a cleverly concealed storage area is perfect for the patio. One item to keep out there is the sunscreen and a pair of sunglasses. This can make your experience more fun.
Outdoor Speakers
Most patios are not complete without the ability to play music. You can get outdoor speakers that look like rocks or landscape objects. Then you can listen to music at the touch of the remote.
Patio Umbrella Ipod Dock
To charge up your Ipod, just plug it into the patio umbrella pole. A dock can be installed with little or no effort. Just kidding!! We haven’t seen this product yet, but you never know if it will be invented.
